It features double-puffed sleeves, a scoop neckline adorned with petite ruffles and a functional center tie, while a smocked bodice gives way to an ankle-grazing A-line skirt—thoughtfully graced with horizontal pintucks and trimmed with scallop eyelet embroidery.
